ACS Thermal Engineers Ltd was established in April 1990 by our three current Directors, to provide a highly specialised Industrial Furnace Lining service to major industrial sites in the United Kingdom and Overseas.

The Directors each have over 30 years practical experience in all aspects of Industrial Lining and Thermal Insulation work. They jointly lead a team of experienced, highly trained and highly motivated Engineers and multi-skilled Tradesmen, who are committed to provide the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Client satisfaction at all times.

To complement our Specialist Internal Lining service, and to reduce the number of individual disciplines and interfaces required by our Clients to complete a specific project, we offer a "Complete Package" to include both the installation of the Internal Refractory/Ceramic Lining and the External Thermal/Acoustic Insulation of the equipment and associated pipe-work.

We have the experience and expertise to undertake contracts of varying size throughout the World, on new construction projects, emergency repairs, planned shut downs and routine maintenance programmes on Power Plants, Refineries, Petrochemical, Chemical and Industrial installations.

Skilled Workforce

Our workforce is comprised of highly specialised, multi-skilled tradesmen, who are trained in the welding of retention systems, the application of Castable Refractory systems, (using either Cast or Gunned techniques), the manufacture and installation of Refractory Brickwork Lining, together with the external application of the Thermal/Acoustic Insulation and Metal Cladding.

Technical Support

Our technical staff have many years practical experience which they apply to the design and installation of our Industrial Furnace Lining and Thermal Insulation systems.

We will design, supply and install complete Lining Systems and Thermal Insulation and Cladding systems. Our Technical Support service includes a full, in-house design facility, using Autocad-Release 14, which can be linked electronically to our Clients sites, anywhere in the World, to reduce delays in providing information for discussion, approval and construction.

We have a modern, fully equipped Sheet Metal workshop, capable of manufacturing the full range of protective cladding and sheet-metal fabrications required for site installation by our experienced, multi-skilled tradesmen.

Health & Safety

Health & Safety is our first consideration at all times. Our management and workforce undertake regular Training and Assesment to ensure that our high standards are maintained on all our contracts.

Each project is reviewed in detail, and receives the benefit of our extensive technical and practical experience, to provide a comprehensive Method Statement and Risk Assessment, with particular attention to maintain compliance with cheap replica watches current Health and Safety Legislation and any Permit to Work Systems required to be employed.

Quality Assurance
